It will be great to have the opportunity to set screenshot capture, 
sometimes it worth more then user description to understand what's happen.

Sorry.. I've downloaded the CodeProject library and post here...

I'll try screenshot ASAP, thank you for your prompt answer.

Is there any way to save to disk instead of sending mail or upload ? I have a 
couple 
of users without internet access on frontend computers, but I have VPN access 
to 
their network server, so I can collect periodically zip for crash events if 
they can 
be saved on the network drive.

I'm a newby of this library (discovered searching o CP), but it seems awesome.

Please create a topic in the Discussion group if you have questions. The Issues 
tab
is designed for reporting bugs/requesting new features, not for questions or
