can't open the crashfix server website #249

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.can't open the crashfix server website
2.i have a lot of crash reports recently
3.

are there can suply the valid download address

I have also tried sending mails to support@crashfixsoftware.com where I bought 
one version but it's not answering any more
