What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. crash your app
2. crash reporter comes up (good)
3. windows "foo has stopped working" window also comes up (bad)

What is the expected output?
only CrashRpt comes up

What do you see instead?
both

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v1.2.5_r774

Please provide any additional information below.

updated to latest it is no longer happening
