Some files are missing in crash reports

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enable uploading of crash reports
2. Add registry dumps and screenshots after crInstall()
3. Add logfiles in pfnCrashCallback callback

What is the expected output?
Crash report XML, minidump, registry dumps, screenshots and logfiles included 
in the zip.

What do you see instead?
Only crash report XML included in the zip.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.2.7

Please provide any additional information below.
MD5 sum correct and crash report accepted by server.
Crash report XML did not list minidump, registry dumps and screenshots, _only_ 
logfiles added in the callback.

I couldn't reproduce this on v.1.2.7. Please provide more information:

1. Did you use a non-English file names when adding your files to the report?
2. What files did you see when opening Error Report Details dialog?

I suspect this could be related processes crashing while the system is 
rebooted/shutdown. How is the WM_CLOSE message acted upon while collecting, 
compressing and uploading?
