Is it possible to send report without asking user?
Something like autosend?

If your software creates windows and interacts with user, it is recommended 
that you request user's consent to send the error report. This is to protect 
user's privacy.

However, if your software is a service and it doesn't create windows and 
doesn't interact with user, it can send error report silently with 
CR_INST_NO_GUI flag.
