CrashSender manifest file prevents CrashSender from launching in x64

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Build the source code in x64. I did it in Visual Studio 2008 on Windows 7 SP 
1
2. Run crashcon or CrashRptTest from the just built binaries

Expected output:

Sent crash reports

Actual output:

A window popping saying there was an error launching CrashSender

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Crashrpt version 1.2.9 r1150
Windows 7 SP 1
Code built in Visual Studio 2008 SP 1

Temporary fix:

Remove CrashSender.exe.manifest from the CrashSender project and rebuild. 
CrashSender will now launch in x64 and x86.
