Can't download https-everwhere #4

I tried to download https-everywhere, but it failed to download.

https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/https-everywhere/gcbommkclmclpchllfjekcdonpmejbdp

I'm running Node.js 9.11.2 on Funtoo Linux.

I think this is not chrome-ext-downlaoder's issue. Other programs or websites that download chrome extensions can't download https-everywhere, either.
