fix: Slow installation #483 #485

The installation will be very slow when CI run a init.sh (choosenim/init.sh) without CHOOSENIM_CHOOSE_VERSION environment variables.

Also, trying to install 2.x is very slow, but once I have installed 1.x and then switched 2.x is fast.
