Update default EFI stub path #2

This path is present on my Debian install, Fedora and in Arch Linux Wiki.

I originally created efi-mkuki for Alpine Linux, a distribution that is not infected by systemd. This change is therefore unacceptable. However, I will make the path configurable via makefile.

Wait a moment, it is already configurable. I just forgot to mention it in the readme.
