Feature: grab the title of post that's going to be published #12

Hi,

I simply want to tweet the new blog post when deploying the Jekyll blog successfully.

So how can I get the title and link of the post that will be published at the end of the deployment? Any idea? Does it already exist? I didn't find it so far
