Gutter icons visible even if mini_diff is true #541

Based on what I read from the releas notes https://github.com/jisaacks/GitGutter/blob/acf623419e479cf10a38f8f119a7a883ed91ed4c/messages/1.10.0.txt#L9-L10

I expect not to see the gutter icons when mini_diff is true, but I see them. I didn't override mini_diff in the User Preferences.
