Allow increasing the award from the game interaction screen #4

The game continues indefinitely until all players are eliminated, but sometimes you want to:

shuffle the order of players
increase the bet

to keep the game fresh.

Players should have a button available on the screen that lets them go to a new round. When they click the button, they should be prompted for whether they want to change the bet, change the player order, neither, or both.

The game doesn't have an indication of order, so to keep things simpler, this should just be a way to increase the amount per award
