Trying slideCV with the default parallel=TRUE runs but the output in the results.RDS files located in SLIDE_CV_replicate_data is mislabeled. Specifically, some of the entries for SLIDE_y don’t have the sample id and instead are just labeled with numbers. The first time this occurs in the file the numbers are in order but it seems to be mixed up if it happens for more groups of SLIDE_y. I have included screenshots of some of the places it occurs in the results file and a log of the output from running slideCV.
We ran it with 10 replicates and 5 folds on 250 samples.
