Unclear UI #3

The UI does not include descriptions of the attributes, only includes the values of each field related to the applicant. This makes it difficult to read as the user either has to remember or figure out as he reads each value, what attribute it is for.

Makes sense but does not affect the user much. And the fields are pretty self-explanatory.

Reason for disagreement: The date besides shortlisted for instance. An unfamiliar user would not know what the date refers to.
