Description:

The current WhatsApp business tool allows users to send broadcast or marketing messages with a single click. To improve functionality and user experience, we need to add a message scheduling feature. This will enable users to schedule messages for future delivery, making the tool more versatile and effective for marketing campaigns.

Tasks:

1. User Interface:

• Add a scheduling option in the message composition UI.
• Allow users to select a specific date and time for sending messages.

2. Backend Integration:

• Update the FastAPI backend to handle scheduled messages.
• Store scheduled message details in PostgreSQL database.
• Implement a background job or scheduler to process and send messages at the specified time.

3. Notification System:****

• Provide users with notifications or confirmations once their scheduled messages are set.
• Implement error handling and retry mechanisms for message delivery.

4. Database Schema:

• Modify PostgreSQL schema to include fields for scheduling details (e.g., scheduled time, status).
