Hey Alex, i also did what you said on my windows laptop. Settings the TTL to Android's default TTL (64) + 1 i.e, 65. But my telecom operator is still somehow able to sniff that out. I am from India. 5G cellular internet service just started rolling out here, and in the early phase, they are letting the users to have access to unlimited 5G data, no cap. The problem is they are stopping the internet all together when i theatre my data through hotspot. For sometime it works just fine, but then it detects it. USB theatering is working just fine, no issues i even consumed 500gb data within 12 hours :). It would really be helpful if you can tell me possible things i can apply to make the detection almost impossible ( i cant do VPN because one, they reduce speed two, they are bandwidth limited three, i don't wanna purchase VPN).

Waiting for your message...

Good stuff Alex I might try this myself but I don't have this issue currently as my provider doesn't care how I use the data (I wish I knew this a long time ago:)

itsayushk19 try this VPN https://bill.pq.hosting/ I use it to stream TV the whole day and it's very cheap. I know website looks like from 90s but it actually really works. Give it a go I think you can try 1 month for just few dollars and speed is OK for me to use it for streaming movies

I have 100GB with my current ISP, I can use only 15 for hotspot, tried your method using a self hosted OpenVPN connection, let see if it works.
