Will there be improvements for screen reader users so that we can more easily use Jitbit as a support solution?
I look forward to seeing the changes. While you are working on this, it would be great if the ticket body and properties were independently scrollable.
Our use case is we use the properties to collect new user details and often we are completing this from text in the ticket. If ticket text and properties were independently scrollable this would be an improved UI.
And not having to the ... menu to see the empty property fields would also shave a few moments.
We would love to present request forms to the users where the emphasis was on the data fields rather than a subject and body style message. The current design is close but not quite there. Perhaps a reskin is an opportunity for you to better support that use case.
