[Bug]: No sound in Webversion on iOS #94

Describe the bug The Web Version doesn't play the breath in and breath out and also doesn't vibrate on iOS (Safari & Firefox)

Expected behavior The sound that is configured in the Settings should play with an ongoing practise. Also the phone should vibrate if vbration is turned on.

Verified sound works on firefox 109.0.1 (64-bit) for Linux. Vibration is not capable through the browser. This preference should probably be disabled in web version. Don't have access to IOS or Safari so won't be able to verify for that platform. Perhaps another flutter developer with those devices can take a look at this.

Disabled vibration preference in web version in release >= 1.7.13+94. For information why iOS is currently not supported, see #95
