Build Android Volley library #247

Since Volley isn't published publicly JitPack could build it from source: https://android.googlesource.com/platform/frameworks/volley/

Hi At present JitPack doesn't support other git repositories apart from github/bitbucket. We're in the process of adding support to these custom repos. After it's done we should be able to add Volley. Most likely this year.

I have a fork https://github.com/CapnSpellcheck/volley

The aar does not build for some reason: https://jitpack.io/com/github/CapnSpellcheck/volley/master-1.0.0-gaa08fad-60/build.log
