Anything suspicious in the browser logs? I couldn't reproduce it.
Attached logs from browser. Two different meets and two different errors:
1) [Debug] 2023-09-20T11:09:48.062Z – "[features/prejoin]" – "Failed to execute pre call test - " – Error: Callstats is disabled (app.bundle.min.js, line 2) Error: Callstats is disabled

I suspect the audio problem comes from the MS Teams device. We have heard of that and we'll be filtering those out. Still, it should work when you use a different device.

Thanks! Yes, deleting Teams solved the sound problem.
But the video problem still persists. Attached new logs.
Can you please detail the steps you follow (including for other participants in the test) to get to the problem?
We just create new meet. Then when user with Safari connects to meet, video from this host is freezing. Freezes immediately or after a few seconds. Sometimes there is an error on the Safari host side "Video quality impaired" (screen attached).
That means the bridge channel is not working and explains the video quality problem.
Can you reproduce this on meet.jit.si though?
On meet.jit.si we have black screen (attached logs) meet_jit_si (2).txt
Can you try without the MS Teams devices?
We uninstalled Teams and the black screen persisted on meet_jit_si2.txt
That is very starnge. Are you on the prejoin page at that stage? I cannot seem to reproduce this myself :-/

Works fine here. Can you check if the camera is paused? If you see "resume" there, click it, does that help?

No, unfortunately. Had to temporarily give up jitsi
We have new clean installation of Jitsi and have the problem with Safari Browser. When user connect to meet using Safari (v. 16 Mac OS Ventura 13.5.1) video is freezing and audio doesn't work. When the same user use Google Chrome on the same Mac - everything is OK. The same situation when user open https://meet.jit.si in Safari.
