The FAQ includes the phrase "If you are the moderator of a conference (everyone is a moderator if you are using meet.jit.si) [...]." Now that credentials are required to create a room on meet.jit.si, this is no longer true. If you try to create a room without logging in, the room has no moderator, so the room doesn't open. Instead, you and any other participants who try to join without logging in see the "Waiting for a moderator..." dialog, which is confusing in light of the handbook passage quoted above.
