Hi, I am struggling to find documentation for this project. What is it used for and how/where does it fit in a production deployment of jitsi?

This isn't really a part of a production deployment as of yet. It was an experiment towards more centrally managing access to jibri pools, but isn't tested in any production fashion and isn't supported in all components.
