I have the following in /etc/letsencrypt/renewal-hooks/deploy/prosody.sh : -

Running this command manually gives:

You can ignore that, prosody is not terminating any ssl.

Please ask questions in the forum and stop opening issues for every question you have. We want to keep the issue tracker for real issues with the the project, we identify those by discussing it in the forum.
