why cant i start the audio call with default output as earpiece its always starting with speakers #75

even after trying with audioonly conference option the audio call is starting with speakers as the default audio output device and i manually need to change it to phone/earpiece , its very bad for any user to start his audio call with speaker on, please provide any workaround it.

This is our current default and have no plans to change it.
