User cannot get or send audio / video (The description does not look like plan-b shown on console) #10618

Description:

User connecting from mobile browser (User agent: "Chrome 96 on Android 11" on "Samsung SM-A037M") cannot hear/see other participants.

Other participants are able to hear / see each other. Enclosed console log taken on a 3-party call.

Only "strange" message on console (taken from working videocall client) shows "The description does not look like plan-b" message.

Can be reproduced systematically on a particular device. Not directly available but could coordinate additional tests with customer (non-technical).
