Add fr-ca translations and fix some fr typos #14680

We're embedding Jitsi meet in our product at Braver, and we're targeting the Quebec market, so the canadian french translations are really necessary for us. Upon trying it out, we noticed the french canadian translations are really missing out on a lot of strings compared to France's french, so we added them to canadian french!
