@bgrozev I've changed the default to true, which is the currently assumed value. Would this work?

Approved assuming the ColibriBuilder changes I mentioned in jicofo aren't necessary

@bgrozev These should hopefully be the final changes. Sorry for force-pushing I needed to resolve a conflict with master. Could you please take a last look?
