npm install is added in Docker file #16

To avoid npm error "sh 1: webpack not found" while building the docker image added "RUN npm install" command in Dockerfile

Can you put the 2 npm lines one after the other instead please?

I have updated the Dockefile with multiple RUN npm command in a single line.
