This is the merge-result of jitsi/otr4j in otr4j/otr4j (previously redsoljution/otr4j).
Effectively this is jitsi/otr4j code-base now, as there were few changes added in redsolution/otr4j and where changes were made, they eventually also showed up in jitsi/otr4j.
In addition there are small changes to modernize the build set-up. See the 10 most recent commits for an indication of the additional changes.
