文件版许可证与readme中的内容不符 #51

readme中指定了许可证为NC版本，但附带的LICENSE是CC0，请问代码是以哪个为准？

Hi, sorry for the confusion caused. Please go with the NonCommercial (NC) license. If there is any commercial purpose, please let me know. Thank you!
