Add appointment use-case omits toggle #12

This use-case needs a toggle between the patient and doctor state, which is omitted here.

Team's Response

We purposely omitted toggle because we do not want to mention any implementation details. Thus, we only mention that the receptionist will list/find both patients and doctors, and leave the implementation up to the developer.

Reason for disagreement: Given that "displaying only one list" is a core part of the product, I'm not sure that toggle can be excluded. It isn't an implementation detail: rather, it's a key feature of the product. So, toggle cannot be omitted here.
