Pull Request to add OSINT project ScamDB (https://www.scamdb.net) to the 'Username Check' section.

Disclosure: This is a free and open-source project which I recently created after becoming the victim of an online scam on Facebook. It is a place for the OSINT community to share details of fraudulent accounts, phone numbers and emails that they have come across online.
