On the calander there is no category for when the order has been approved it appears to be not approved and pending regardless if it is approved or not. Please add one extra colour to identify it as approved -The dashboard is getting extremely long given the amount of jobs on the go, if possible add the ability to collapse a job so you just see the job title and all the rooms and tasks are hidden -lastly if possible the sales people have requested if possible that once an order has been approved that they get an email confirmation letting them know it has been approved. All the emails are correct and are attached to each user.

Made changes to the above, less the email notifications this needs more investigations and will require me to install some small email server to do the email notifications.

I think we can go without email updates at this time. However, a couple more adjustments need to be made.

  1. On the dashboard, for example if you have multiple sections of the jobs like kitchen and vanity. What happens is when you want to start an item under vanity it will start it however it will bring you back to the kitchen tab. Usually 2 to 3 tasks are start at the same time, if that could stay on the same tab it would work better.
  2. The ordering of the tasks aren't set in the way that we run, as well as a title adjustment is wanted to be made, I listed below the way we want to see it: -Parts and Doors -Finishing -Cutting -Assembly 3.On the Calander when you click on an item it brings up the pop up. On the right side column I have had a request if possible to bring the "Files" tab to be at the top of this column
  3. If possible we want to add another item. Currently the calender lets us input up to the point of the job being completed in the job. We want the option to state that the job has been delivered and make that the green item. If this could be added to the pop up so that the delivery guy can submit it before he takes off.

@jivoinm everything works in terms of bullet point 1 and 2, however the decision has been made to separate Parts and Doors into 2 separate tasks, so if you are able to do that you can close this. I'm going to make a separate issue regarding the 3rd bullet point. Thanks
