Remove org.junit plugin and remove all references to org.eclipse.jdt #90

Removing the org.junit plugin dependency will allow for Jupiter to run with 
Eclipse bundles that 
don't have this plugin included.

Also, removing all references to org.eclipse.jdt in hopes that Jupiter will run 
with more Eclipse 
bundles that do not have JDT included.

It doesn't seem like this will impact any major functionality but we shall see.
