Bug: handle installation problem more gracefully #6

If the py process cannot be started, the plugin should give a reasonable error message to explain what went wrong. Currently it just throw an runtime exception.

Candidate fix by commit 78383c

This is a minimal solution by redirecting server output to ImageJ's log window, as well as providing some simple error message at TrackMate UI.

Nick, could you test on windows before I close this issue?

Close as the fix seems to be working.
