Are the game parameters playable? The parameters should be tuned by thouroughly playing the game.

Some parameters:

Number of Klingons
Number of Starbases
Energy cost of impulse engine
Phaser damage factor and the directivitity

Possible enhancements:

Multiple game difficulty levels (six levels on luatrek)
Multiple game length (three length values on luatrek)
Tournament (by setting the initial PRNG condition the same, though on erltrek it might be rather difficult)
