This event travel_events.3130 in the travel_events_veronica.txt event file fires when traveling through a province that is dangerous because the holder has low opinion of the traveling ruler. The first option makes the province owner and the traveling ruler nemeses. This should be changed to stop Tom Bombadil from having a nemesis. Maybe just have this event not fire at all when traveling through wilderness, since Tom shouldn't be sending assassins anyway.
