Sometimes, the event isengard_events.0001 that forces Saruman's Dunlending vassal to start wars will target somebody already being conquered by Saruman himself. Saruman has a headstart and usually wins, which means that Saruman becomes the new defender in the war against his own Dunlending vassal. CK3 normally doesn't allow vassals to start wars with rulers who are already at war with their liege, probably for this reason. But the event from this mod doesn't check.
