Ordinarily, an Equal gender or Female Orientated faith does not allow Male Only succession. Across Harad, rulers are set to Male Only regardless of faith gender rights. I think Bellakar is the only title with anything other than Male Only south of Gondor. Faiths in the region that are Equal include the Cults of Ladnoca, Ishtra, and Rasayn, and the Path of Gurzil. The Cult of Sanbaiz is Female Orientated, but these female rulers still have Male Only succession.
There's also this female ruler down between Felaya and Bellakar whose faith is Male Orientated who has a landed eldest daughter, and both have Male Only succession as well. That doesn't go against their faith, it's just strange.
