After somebody complained on the Discord about being unable to reform certain faiths and keep their tenets, I looked into the reason why, and it seems to be that several tenets added by this mod have no can_pick block. They do have is_shown blocks that restrict their presence in the list of tenets based on being good or evil or from certain cultural heritages, but none of them can ever be picked regardless of whether they are shown.
This is the most problematic for the ones that are only found in unreformed faiths, meaning that reforming the faith requires becoming more bland. Others are likely meant to never be picked, but in that case they should still have something like always = no in the can_pick just in case Paradox changes the behavior from "no can_pick means never can pick" to "no can_pick means always can pick".
