The first issue is that the description is merely the tradition name with a period at the end. The second issue is that there is no "Caverns" terrain. I read that there used to be such a terrain, but the halls terrain is the only subterranean terrain that still exists. Also, it makes no sense to give levy bonus in subterranean terrain to cultures that cannot hold such land. This tradition is only for Eotheod heritage, after all.
