Stuttering noise while reproducing music on rom music app

What steps will reproduce the problem (PLEASE BE ACCURATE - IF WE CAN'T
REPRODUCE THE ISSUE WE CAN'T FIX IT)?
1. Just listen to music with the music app. Sometimes you can listen that for a 
second music stutters, reproducing a bad noise (like music brutely paused :P ). 
Then it reproduce good again.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Obviously the expected output is the good reproduction of music, without 
stuttering or other issues.

Have you tried to make a full wipe, flash again the ROM and test again the
issue?
I remember that this issue was present before LN 1.5. After 1.5 full wipe is 
anyway here, so I can say that yes, I tried a full wipe :)

I'm Listening to MP3, 256 Kbps, no shuttering, everything is OK.
What format of music are you listening to? OGG, WMA?

Sometimes with Google Music Beta(only music app I use), the track "pauses" and 
stutters, then goes back to normal.
Am on  LN 1.5.3 over 4.002.14 with LNP 1.9.7 with a Liquid E.

Have the same problem. Also there is stuttering when mp4 video playing.
1.6.1 ROM.
I tried full wipe, it doesn't help.

Yes, i confirm this issue too. It happens randomly, not always the same song, 
not at the same time.  I think is related to available ram and dspmanager 
settings

I tried again another music app like winamp, and you're right. The problem is 
now only with the stock music app, there's no stuttering with a different music 
app. This difference was not present in LN < 1.6.1 I think.

The ROM music player still stutters,  but now the application stops by itself 
.. even miui player get stopped by itself...
