Swap not active on boot

Some information about your configuration...
ROM version: 1.8
Full wipe or update (and from which version)?: FULL WIPE
LNP version: 2.1.1
Kernel version and build number: 2.6.29.6

I followed thepasto instruction for swap on wiki, but I noted that swap is not 
enabled on boot, I have to always activate it using the command 

swapon /dev/block/mmcblk0p2

(I don't have ext partition on sdcard)

Also, following the instructions, I noted that the /data/.noswap file was not 
present on data directory, so I don't know what to do to enable swap at 
startup. Is possible to add an option to LNP to activate swap, and activate it 
on boot?

Well, sincerely the question is better as 

Is possible to add an option to LNP to activate swap, AND/OR activate it on 
boot?
