layout changes for mobile devices #1

Now that we are specifying that the site is responsive on mobile devices (https://github.com/jjallaire/draftpod/commit/4378f90f17b3be8e973e05122e457038a4edcb0f) we need to update our bootstrap html for the home and guide pages to behave properly on phones.
