Arena export is broken for split cards #64

Arena no longer accepts import lines like the following:

1 Integrity (GRN) 227

Instead, the full card name has to be provided:

1 Integrity // Intervention (GRN) 227

This causes arena export to break for some sets, such as GRN and RNA
