Add support for predefined filters when retrieving tickets #9

As a user I want to be able to apply a predefined filter so that I can limit the tickets returned in the data frame.

Move to parking lot. A couple of the filters (eg. Watching) are agent/user specific. Not sure we would be actively querying Spam or Deleted items. Revisit later.
