Allow copy & paste chords from/to external text documents #432

For example, if you select the first 8 bars of a song in JJazzLab, copy, then paste in a text editor, you get something like:

|4/4 Dm7 G7 | C7M | Gm7 | Gb7 | | F7M | C7M | Em7 | A7 |

The opposite works as well: pasting the text above in the chord leadsheet editor will create the corresponding chords.
