There are too many presets not working. Want to simplify some options and build the config library this pass as well.

Game Mobile | no rolls, fewest counts
Game Mobile Toon | no rolls, add scale setups
Game Toon | 3 rolls, squash stretch
Game | 1 roll, no squash stretch
Feature | lots of rolls, more expensive setup options

PointDist work

Get things working again

Number of 'feels off' items

Hip was forcing on the attach to base setup which feels off. Removing that so it's bespoke
With the pointDist rework I need to have the aim/out scale factor like arcLength with extra control setup. Maybe let it be off with skipAim setup...?

AttachEndsToInfluences has had a bug a long time

Live Ribbon adding some twist at the top not intended

looks like the low fidelity surface isn't attaching as expected
trying to up the span count...nope
trying changing degree from 3 to 2
non live ribbon is fine. Gonna have to loop back to this one
