Thanks for submitting the Todo app. Can you please review the section in the prework about the readme for your project? In particular, check out this README template and be sure to include a GIF recorded with LiceCap. Please ping me back here once that's complete.

Thank you for letting me know. I fixed the Readme.

I plan to spend more time tonight to get the optional features and will update Readme and push the attempts as I make them.

Best, Jane

Hi Jane,

Looks good, this exercise is intended in part to give you an introduction to the general rhythm of this course. The course is entirely project-based with an app being assigned each week and then due the following week. Each project builds on the last to help each engineer learn the practical elements of Android development and best practices as quickly as possible. We also do a code review for each submitted project once the program begins.

The next step is to continue working on extensions to your todo app. With regards to extensions to implement, we are looking for developers with an interest in user experience and product development so be sure to focus on additional functional enhancements and/or improving the user interface of the app. Please ping us back for a review once you've added a few extensions.

Hi Nathan,

Pushed is an updated Todo app that includes additional features and some UI/UX upgrades. I plan to add more UI/UX touches soon. Let me know if anything is incorrect.

Great, thanks for the update and glad to see you got a number of optionals implemented. We will be determining admittance into the program over the next week. For those not admitted as participants, we will offer access to applicants as a remote observer cohort that has access to the materials and is able to work on the projects at their own pace. You should hear from us again soon but keep us updated on any additional improvements made here.

Sounds good, pushed are more UI/UX and code improvements. Will add more.

Hi Nathan,

The files somehow were not added last night, this push has all the changes I made yesterday.

More readable font added

Great to see you were able to complete many extension tasks now. The extension tasks available on each project are often the most valuable learnings since they dive deeper into common real-world Android use cases.

Can you schedule a short 10 minute phone conversation with us for tomorrow. Navigate to using this calendar and choose a 15-minute slot. Let us know if none of those times work.

Once you select a slot, can you make sure to include best number to reach you at to the invite? Look forward to chatting soon!
