All links are dead under the Documentation, logging, testing, configuration, dev-ops section in the developer guide

image.png According to the CS2103T website, only content within the PDF files should be considered. Since these links are meant to lead to websites outside of our PDF DG, it is not in scope of Phase II of the PE.

I deeply appreciate the time the team has took to triage this bug.

The CS2103T website gave a perfect example of what bugs that are "not contained within the UG and DG pdf" mean. (e.g., bugs in the README.md). This means that we are not allowed to view the README.md file and report bugs from there.

However in this scenario, the dead hyperlinks are located in the DG itself, therefore I believe this bug is valid. Additionally, it does not make sense to include dead hyperlinks in the DG, besides, there are other hyperlinks in the DG that leads to outside of the DG that works.

I would like to change the severity of this bug from VeryLow to Low, since it's not a purely cosmetic bug and prevents the reader's ability to read several key documents that he/she wishes to.

I believe this bug is valid.
